Zucchini Soup

What you need

  • 500g zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cubes chicken stock
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 30g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk

How it’s done

Place zucchini, water, chicken stock in a saucepan and boil until tender.

Fry bacon and onion in butter until soft, but now browned

Add flour and gradually add milk, stirring until thickened

Mix everything together in a blender and serve
