Tzatziki

What you need

  • 500g greek yoghurt
  • ½ long English cucumber, deseeded
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How it’s done

Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth, adjust levels of salt/pepper/garlic/lemon to taste.
