Low-ish sugar lemon icing

What you need

  • 80 g Plain Cream, cold
  • 200 g Cream Cheese, cold
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 50 g Pure Icing Sugar (no added corn starch)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Up to 1 tbsp lemon juice

How it’s done

Whip cream until it forms soft peaks

Add cream cheese and whip until incorporated and thickened

Add vanilla, icing sugar and zest and whisk for a minute

Add juice to the desired taste and consistency
