Grandma Allan's Rice Stuffing

What you need

  • White Rice (0.5 cups of rice per person)
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter
  • 4-5 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 large brown onion, chopped
  • Parsley 1/2 cup chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Onion salt 1 tsp.
  • Garlic salt 1 tsp.
  • 2-4 beaten eggs (depending on # of cups of rice)

How it’s done

Cook rice.

Transfer to casserole dish and mix butter into hot rice.

Add celery, onion, parsley and seasoning.

Let cool before adding beaten eggs.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 min - 1 hour
